Meet the team

Hi, I’m Ines

Senior Paediatric Dietitian & Director

A woman with long dark hair smiling, resting her chin on her hands, wearing earrings, a white blouse, and a pink scarf, sitting at a white table against a plain light background.

I believe that parents are doing their best and know their child best. When parents are supported to make sense of their feeding concerns, they are able to approach feeding with clarity and confidence, and greater capacity to support their child/ren to do their best with their food learning and nourishment. - Ines

I am dedicated to helping children and their families relate to food in a more enjoyable, workable and relaxed way. I am a genuine and caring person who creates a non-judgemental space for you to openly explore your nutrition and feeding goals. My approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and genuine care. I want you to feel completely comfortable bringing your questions, concerns, and hopes to our sessions.

With more than 17 years of clinical experience as an Accredited Pracitising Dietitian in private practice, I have worked in a broad range of nutrition areas across the human life span. I specialise in paediatric nutrition and dietetics and have been committed to continuing professional development and learning, as a member of Dietitians Australia.

I take a family-based approach, partnering closely with parents and caregivers to untangle and understand the complexities of the feeding concern, to come up with the best approach for each unique child and family. I consider the whole-child and responsively apply a range of knowledge and tools gathered over the years, and centre care around a Responsive Feeding Therapy approach.

As a neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, I have a special interest in feeding differences related to developmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism, PDA, and sensory processing differences. I have extensive experience supporting children and families with disability, complex nutritional needs, tube feeding, extreme selective eating and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).

I’m also a mother of 3 boys, so I get it too. I understand the realities, pressures, and emotions wrapped up in feeding. I’m here to walk alongside you, with empathy and practical support.
