Specialised Nutrition Care for Kids and Families.
Celebrating differences, honouring autonomy, building trust.
Offering Specialised Paediatric Dietetics Services
Your child's relationship with food and their body matters deeply. So does their sense of safety, autonomy, and being truly seen and accepted.
Whether your child is neurodivergent, is nourished via a feeding tube, experiences anxiety around food, has sensory differences, navigates food allergies, or is a young athlete, you'll find compassionate expertise and genuine partnership here.
I’m a Brisbane based Paediatric Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and the founder of Curious Kids Dietitian.
I provide specialised nutrition care through a neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed lens. This means I understand that feeding challenges are complex and deserve respectful, responsive, child-led approaches that honour humans just as they are.
I support kids with complex needs, including disabilities, autism, PDA, ADHD, sensory differences, feeding difficulties, growth concerns, nutritional deficiencies, tube feeding, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and food allergy and intolerance.
Hi, I’m Ines!
Approach
Individualised Nutrition Care
Each nutrition assessment and care plan is developed based on your child's specific medical, nutritional, and developmental needs, within the context of your family situation.
Evidence-Based Practice
All dietetic recommendations are grounded in current nutrition science, clinical practice guidelines, and research evidence, adapted for practical implementation.
Respectful & Family-Centred
We work collaboratively with families, respecting your child's individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. Nutrition care should be practical, supportive and achievable for your family.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
We work within your child's broader healthcare team, liaising with paediatricians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care.

A comprehensive nutrition assessment is the foundation of personalised nutrition care. Our detailed evaluation process helps you gain a clear understanding of your child’s feeding challenges and provides a roadmap for an approach that supports their nutrition, growth, feeding development and relationship with food.
Multidisciplinary Feeding Clinic
Our Feeding Clinic offers specialised support for children experiencing feeding difficulties. Through a unique partnership between your dietitian and speech therapist, we provide integrated care that addresses both the nutritional and functional aspects of feeding challenges.
Professional Supervision for Dietitians
Professional development is essential for maintaining clinical excellence and meeting evolving standards of practice. My supervision philosophy emphasises collaborative reflective learning, critical thinking, and professional autonomy.
